J.W. Bowie is a fiction writer with a deep love for science fiction and mythology. He is a 2017 Writer’s Digest Popular Fiction Award Winner, Book Excellence Awards Finalist, and Chanticleer Publishing Cygnus Awards Long List for Science Fiction awardee.

He lives in New York City with his amazing powerhouse surgeon-scientist wife and two children. He has a background in environmental law and policy, along with degrees in both biochemistry and Jungian psychology. When not writing, parenting, or working, he tries to enjoy as much of the outdoors as possible...those were the days.
